Built on the Clinacplatform, the TRILOGY linear accelerator is a system of fast, versatile and complete energy delivery.

With the TRILOGY, doctors can choose from a wide range of therapies that includes the Radiotherapy: 3D, IMRT, IGRT, as well as all the Radiosurgery techniques.

  • TRILOGY uses Kilo voltage, Mega voltage and optical image guidance to identify objectives and to check the implementation of the treatment
  •  It has a high resolution system (dynamic MLC) to sculpt exquisitely with the beam.

IMPLEMENTATION OF HIGHER DOSES. For shorter sessions

At 1000 monitor units (MU) per minute, the TRILOGY Linear Accelerator provides a dose rate that is 20% higher than any other team with which it can be compared. This condition results in shorter sessions that combine the patient comfort with a higher performance.

IT IS FOCUSED ON SMALLER INJURIES

Trilogy has the accuracy of the beam for the treatment of increasingly small tumors. On two axis (the portico and the collimator) theTrilogy’s ISOCENTER measured 0.5mm or less. Adding the third rotation axis of (the table) and the ISOCENTER radio has 0.75 mm or less, the closer alignment in a dual system of energy available.

 

OBI / ON-BOARD IMAGER (IMAGE SYSTEM).  Change the patient position faster and with greater accuracy

The trilogy’s On-Board Imager, allows obtaining high-precision previous/next and lateralimages that allow todaily re-position and configure patients in just minutes.

 

 

Cone beam CT. Refine the patient configurations with ultra-precise CT

With the trilogy’s OBI, the computed tomographic (CT) of cone beam (3D volumes) can be performed and used to correct the patient’sposition based on the soft tissues or points of reference. The use of analysis tools of sophisticated images, the explorations of cone beam CT may be compared to the reference TAC to determine the correct position of the table and thus setupthe patient correctly.

 

INDEPENDENT MOBILE ROBOTIC ARMS

The Trilogy’s OBI has two independent robotic arms, allowing many geometries for the imaging.

 

GREATER POTENTIAL TO CORRECT THE MOVEMENT DURING TREATMENT

The monitoring and correction of the patient position during treatment, it is possible to use the fluoroscopic mode of the Trilogy On-Board Imager (RPM) plus the real-time filling system for the positions taken by images.
